Understand the challenge

A first conversation — usually 30 to 45 minutes — to understand what's actually happening. Not a sales pitch. I ask questions, listen, and figure out where the real friction is.

Forge the path

A clear plan with honest tradeoffs. What to fix first, what can wait, what it will take. No 40-page strategy deck — a straightforward path you can actually follow.

Apply intelligent leverage

The work itself: process fixes, automation, AI where it helps, better systems. I stay hands-on through execution — this isn't a recommendations-only engagement.

Stay until it works

The engagement doesn't end with a deliverable. It ends when the business is actually running better and the people inside it can feel the difference.

How involved do you need to be? Less than you'd expect. Most of the work happens off your plate. You'll need to answer questions, make decisions, and give access to the people and systems involved — but the heavy lifting is mine.

How long does it take? Depends on the problem. Some things stabilize in a couple of weeks. Bigger operational rebuilds take a few months. I'll be honest about the timeline before we start.
